The leaders are called upon:

-To form with the sisters a community in Christ, where God is loved above everything else

- To promote frequent contact with the Word of God in order to live from it

​

-To give an example of fidelity to the Constitutions and to the tradition of the Congregation

​

-To give special attention to the sick and frail sisters.
