Golden Jubilee: On 15th February 2026, we joyfully celebrated the Golden Jubilee of our presence in north Indian mission, marking 50 years of God’s faithful guidance and blessings upon our Province. It was a moment of deep gratitude as we gathered to thank God Almighty for His benevolence and providence, which accompanied our pioneer Sisters as they first set foot in this mission with courage, faith, and missionary zeal. This memorable ocassion was marked by the Solemn Eucharistic celebration presided over by  His Excellency Thomas Mathew Kuttimackal Bishp of Indore Diocese, con celebrated by His Excellency Augustine Madathikkunnel Bishop of Khandwa diocese,  His Grace Archbishop Emeritus Leo Cornelio, His excellency Bishop emeritus Chacko Thottumarickal  and many priests from Khandwa and Indore diocese.

It was a great joy that Sr. Freddy, the only surviving Pioneer, could be present among us to witness and celebrate these fifty golden and memorable years. We also had the privilege and joy of welcoming Sr. Shobha Stanly, our Superior General,  Sr. Marie Therese Frie, Assistant General; Sr. Theresa Litterst, Provincial Superior and Sr. Franzika  Karl, Councillor from St. Trudpert Province; Sr. Sheeba Thomas, Provincial Superior and Sr. Sophia Joseph, Councillor from the French Province, along with Sr. Sonia Joseph, Sr. Shanty, Sr. Beena Vargheese, Sr. Bindu Antony, from Sanjo Province, Sr. Avila, Sr. Renate, Sr. Deepthy and Sr. Anitha ex- Provincials and the First bach from India- Sr. Sebi, Sr. Pushpa, Sr. Marina, Sr. Sunita  besides other invitees, who joined us for the celebration of our Golden Jubilee.

Their presence among us during this significant milestone was a source of great joy, encouragement, and gratitude. It was a beautiful expression of the bonds of sisterhood and communion that unite us as one Congregational family, transcending geographical boundaries and differences of place and mission.

We remain deeply grateful to each one of them for taking the time to be with us, for sharing in our joy, and for their fraternal presence, encouragement, and good wishes. Their presence strengthened in us a renewed sense of unity, communion, and belonging, and reminded us that we are part of a larger Congregational family journeying together in faith and mission.

Their visit and participation will remain a cherished memory of our Golden Jubilee—a truly grace-filled moment.ur ex. Provincials- Sr. Anitha Kochupaliyathil, Sr. Deepthi Kottummel along with some of our senior most Sisters- Sr. Avila, Sr. Renate, Sr. Stella Maria, the first batch of Sisters—Sr. Sebi, Sr. Sunitha, Sr. Marina, Sr. Pushpa and Sr. Geetha, who could not make it due to unavoidable circumstances.

With hearts filled with thanksgiving, we remembered the sacrifices and dedication of those elderly Sisters. The celebration was truly a day of thanksgiving and joy. The occasion was graced by the presence of four Bishops- namely Bp. Augustine, Bp. Thomas Mathew, Bp. Leo, and Bp. Chacko, our Superior General Sr. Shobha Stanly, Asst. General Sr. Marie Therese, the Provincial Superiors & Councillors, Sisters, many priests, parishioners, and a few benefactors who have supported our mission in various ways over the years. Their presence added great significance and warmth to the celebration.
